The Seal Coating Process

The seal coating process starts with preparing the surface, cleaning off dirt and debris, and fixing any cracks. Then, we apply a special sealant to the asphalt using spray systems, squeegees, or brushes. This sealant forms a protective layer that seals the surface and fills in small cracks. After application, the sealant needs time to dry and cure properly. During this time, we keep the area clear of traffic to avoid damage to the freshly applied sealant. Once it's fully cured, any necessary markings like parking lines are added. Finally, we clean up the area to leave it looking neat and professional. Following these steps ensures a strong, long-lasting seal coating that protects the asphalt and keeps it looking great.
