WHO WE ARE

GreyWolf Outdoor began by offering snow removal services to residential properties in Markham, ON. The business quickly grew to over 300 residential customers, which led to our expansion into commercial and industrial sectors.

Today, we lead the industry with our comprehensive grounds maintenance services and advanced technologies like Mini-RWIS weather stations, automated mowing, and advanced infrared asphalt repair. 

These innovations not only enhance our operational efficiency but also provide eco-friendly solutions for our vast portfolio encompassing over 1.5 million square feet of properties.

GREY WOLF OUTDOOR IS FOUNDED

We provided residential snow removal services strictly to Markham residents. Our goal was to be more efficient and provide quick response times to our clients.

EARLY GROWTH

Business quickly expands its customer base, servicing over 300 residential clients. We recognized the need for enhanced services and began to explore commercial and industrial snow removal.

COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL CLIENTS

With a growing demand for snow removal services in commercial and industrial areas, we expanded our operations adopting innovative strategies, such as GPS tracking, to enhance efficiency and reduce liability for clients.

NEW PREVENTIVE SERVICES

Recognizing the importance of proactive asphalt maintenance, our company introduced crack sealing, seal coating, infrared asphalt repair and line painting services to prevent minor damages from evolving into costly repairs.

AUTOMATED MOWING

GreyWolf Outdoor partners with Husqvarna to provide state-of-the-art automated mowers, providing exceptional property maintenance with minimal human intervention, prioritizing efficiency and innovation.

PRESENT DAY

GreyWolf Outdoor now services over 1.5 million square feet of commercial and industrial properties, catering to diverse client needs and maintaining high standards for asphalt and landscape maintenance.

The property is well kept and the owner approached us to refresh the appearance of the property and to help extend the life of the existing asphalt. We performed our infrared asphalt repair process to fix some alligator cracked areas, and around the catch basin. We then cleaned and sealed all the cracks with hot rubberized crack sealant to stop water from eroding the base materials. After a thorough cleaning of the asphalt we then applied two coats of asphalt emulsion (sealcoat) to protect the surface from UV oxidation and to give the parking lot a like-new appearance that will last for years. Finally we re-painted the marking lines using the existing layout so their parking lot was organized and bylaw compliant again.

This property we have maintained for years. It has some unique challenges with high winds that rapidly spread weeds, blow mulch, and dry out gardens. We’ve replaced 50 small Cedars that struggled to survive with Dense Yews (a plant type that is resilient to salt and are drought resistant), these are doing very well despite living along a high traffic walkway that has alot of salt use. We maintain this site on a weekly basis to ensure a clean appearance and control the accelerated weed growth though hand pulling and utilizing controlled flame similar to the agricultural industry to avoid the use of harsh chemicals.

This site (approx 200,000sqft) has long corridors and limited areas to store snow. The previous contractors used trucks which would struggle to push to the storage areas so service times were long and every snow event they would lose parking spaces. Our business model utilizing agricultural tractors and wheel loaders easily carry the snow to the designated piling areas even during the heaviest snowfalls. We were also able to clear the site much quicker than previous contractors, critically because this site is very active starting at 4:00AM leaving a small window to service the site.
